Melina's NHSDA
The Melina's chapter of NHSDA aims to promote positivity inside and outside of the studio.
The National Honor Society for Dance Arts™ (NHSDA) is a program of the National Dance Education Organization that recognizes outstanding artistic merit, leadership, and academic achievement while fostering an appreciation for dance as a true art form worthy of recognition and prestige.
We challenge our members to be positive members of the community and role models for the dancers around them. Our goal is for all dancers to know that they matter and can make a difference in the world around them.
We are glad to be serving our studio and community throughout the year.

AFSP Out of the Darkness Walk
Melina's NHSDA is proud to participate in the AFSP Out of the Darkness Community Walk in Washington, DC. Our team has raised money to support suicide awareness, fund research, and provide resources for hope and healing for all. Our NHSDA is walking so everyone can dance tomorrow. Together we can change the conversation about mental health and put a stop to this tragic loss of life.
Together we can #STOPSUICIDE
If you or someone you love is in crisis, please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 800-273-8255 or call 988.
