24/25 Dance Season Tuition & Expense Policy

• Tuition will be automatically billed on the 1st of every month. Our dance season runs for 10 months out of the year with a tuition structure based on at least 35 meetings per class over the course of the season. Short months (with only 3 classes) will be balanced by longer months (5 classes) to fulfill the structure of 35 meetings per class from September through June (the final bill is made on June 1st each season).

• Full monthly tuition is due by 5th of each month. Final tuition payment is due June 1st. Account balances must be current by June 10th for dancers to participate in the June recital.

• Tuition is paid through automatic withdrawal from your credit or debit card account. Tuition will be charged directly to your specified VISA, MasterCard, or American Express (convenience fees apply to all credit card transactions) . If you prefer a weekly or an annual payment plan, please speak with a member of the customer care team. 

• Beginning September 1, 2024 ACH payments are accepted. 

• We will accept cash, checks, or money orders for payments. Please write your child’s name in the memo portion of the check.

• Monthly is due regardless of how many classes your child attends in a month. We do not prorate for missed classes and we do not offer classes on a "drop in, drop out" basis.

• We offer a 5% discount on annual tuition that is paid in full by September 30.

• Sibling, military, and first responder discounts are available.

• Withdraw policy - A 14-day written notice is required and tuition is billable during this time. To avoid full monthly tuition charges, withdraw notices must be submitted no later than the last business day of the month. Tuition fees are not refundable.

November 15th - $75.00 Winter Performance Fee per family

(Preschool and Intro Level classes will not perform in this showcase)

January 15th - Costume Fee is due

($75.00 for Preschool & Elementary Level classes, $85.00 for Junior Level classes, & $95.00 for Senior Level classes)

March 15th - $100.00 June Showcase Performance Fee (per family)

​

April 15th - $75.00 Dancer Package Fee due (opt-out forms will be available April 1st)
